When can I expect to receive my order?
Typically, we fulfill Woolie orders within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping is usually 3-5 business days unless otherwise indicated at checkout (typically extended during peak holiday seasons).
How can I edit my shipping address?
If you notice an error on your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact us via chat (9am-3pm PST, Monday-Friday) or email us at hello@iwoolify.com with “Urgent - Address change” in the subject line. We will help you out.
How do I track my order?
You will automatically receive a tracking link by email when your order ships from our warehouse. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. It will be emailed to the email address you provided when making your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping in the domestic US is $14.99
For international orders, the shipping rate varies depending on the destination and shipping speed selected, and excludes applicable duties & taxes which will be calculated in your cart.

Can I wash it in the washing machine?
For simple maintenance, spot clean as needed. Use a gentle detergent mixed with cold water, applying it to the stained area with a clean cloth. Lightly blot or rub to lift the stain, then let the topper air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area, laying it flat to preserve its shape. Avoid machine washing to maintain the wool’s integrity. For professional maintenance, we recommend dry cleaning to ensure the topper remains in top condition for many years to come.
Why is my Woolify Mattress Topper have an earthy scent?
Scent you're experiencing is the natural aroma of lanolin. Fear not, It's a testament to the authenticity of our materials. We process our wools as eco-friendly and organic as possible. We refrain using toxic chemicals to wash our wools. It is also lanolin that gives wool it's anti inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

Is it good for allergies?
Wool is a natural fiber that wicks moisture away from the body and then desorbs (releases) it from the bedding, creating an environment too dry for dust mites to survive in. This makes it the ideal hypoallergenic bedding for helping with allergies at night.
Are Woolify products certified?
At Woolify, we are committed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Our products are crafted with materials certified by GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and OEKO-TEX Standard 100, provided by our trusted suppliers. While we have not pursued separate certifications for each product at this time, we ensure that all materials meet these rigorous standards for organic and toxin-free textiles. What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return them in original condition within 30 days of delivery date. Returns must be in their original packaging, with product tags intact. Please contact us here.
